Our Operation Flow

Pionier has a one-way laundry system where soiled linen is put in one end and then the cleaned linen comes out at the other end. The flow will not be reversed nor will the linen pass through public spaces during the cleaning process thus ensuring absolute hygiene. Soiled linen is collected in green laundry carts, solely used for carrying soiled linen, while clean linen is delivered in white laundry carts, solely used for delivering clean linen.

Our company implements a 5S Management System (structurize, systematize, sanitize, standardize, self-discipline) and is the first and only company in Hong Kong to collect and deliver linen separately to avoid contamination. Furthermore, our plant is divided into two main areas- a “Clean Linen Zone” and a “Soiled Linen Zone”, to further ensure that the soiled and clean linen are separated and to avoid cross-contamination. Pionier meets international standards and ensures high quality services.
